Payroll Services

Payroll Handled for You, in the UK, US and India

Staff paid correctly and on time, with the filings taken care of.

Payroll Benefits

You run the business, we run the payroll

Payroll is one of those jobs where nobody notices when it goes right and everybody notices when it goes wrong. A wrong tax code or a late submission quickly turns into an unhappy employee or a letter from the tax authority.

We take the whole process off you, from calculating pay to filing with the authorities, and we adapt it to your business, whether you have three employees or a growing team. If your company is based abroad but has staff in the UK, the US or India, we explain the local rules in plain terms and keep you compliant.

  • Accurate and compliant

Pay, tax and statutory payments are calculated carefully and checked before anything is released. When the rules change, we update your setup, so you do not have to follow the changes yourself.

  • Time and money saved

Running payroll in-house takes more hours than most owners expect, and mistakes cost more to fix than to prevent. Handing it over frees you and your team for work that grows the business.

  • Your employees’ data stays private

Payroll holds some of the most sensitive information in a business. We handle it with care, share it only with those who need it, and keep it secure.

  • Fitted to your business

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay, hourly staff, directors, bonuses, multiple sites: we set it up around how you operate and not the other way round.

How Our Payroll Service Works

  1. Getting set up

We start by learning how your payroll runs. We collect employee details, pay schedules and deductions, then set everything up and check it with you before the first run. If you are moving from another provider, we handle the handover.

  2. Running payroll

Each pay period, we calculate gross pay, tax and other deductions. You approve the figures, payments go out, and payslips reach your employees on time.

  3. Filing and reporting

After each run, we make the required submissions to the tax authority and keep the payments on schedule. At year-end we prepare the statutory returns and forms. You also receive clear payroll reports, so you know what your people cost.
