This policy explains how SaraShree Global Consultants (“Sarashree Global”, “we”) handles your information when you visit this website, contact us or become a client.

Who We Are

We are a finance and accounting practice in India, led by CA Bhagyashree Agarwal. We work with the UK and the US, and with companies that have operations in India.

What We Collect

This website has no contact forms, accounts or online payments, and the site search stays in your browser. We only receive your personal information when you choose to email or call us. That usually means:

  • Your name and contact details
  • What you tell us about your business and what you need

Client Records

If you become a client, we need certain records to do the work. Depending on the service, these can include:

  • Bank and card statements, sales invoices, purchase bills and receipts
  • Payroll records and employee details, such as names, addresses, start dates, pay rates and tax identifiers
  • Your tax registration references
  • Access to your bank feeds or accounting software, if you choose to give it

How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Reply to you and give you a quote
  • Provide the services you ask us for
  • Make the filings your service requires, for example with HMRC or Companies House
  • Meet the legal requirements that apply to our work

Who Sees It

We treat your information as private. We handle it with care, share it only with those who need it, and keep it secure. We do not sell it. Depending on the work, we may need to share it with:

  • Tax authorities and Companies House, when we file on your behalf
  • Your auditors, when we support your audit
  • The accounting software your books are kept in, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho Books or Tally

We deliver our work from India, so information from UK and US clients is handled there.

Cookies and Google Services

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

Two parts of the website come from Google: the fonts, and the map in the contact section of our home page. When your browser loads them, Google receives technical details such as your IP address, and the map may set cookies of its own. Google explains how it uses this information in its privacy policy.

The company that hosts this website may also record technical details of visits, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep it running.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the work, and for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If we have to keep something by law, we will explain why.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
